First Fee-Free Cannabis Clinic opens in Canada

Canadian Cannabis Clinics opened its first clinic on September, 16 in St. Catharines, Ontario. Co-owner Ronan Levy says he and partner Joseph del Moral opened the clinic in response to a change in federal regulation of medical marijuana earlier this year.
